    The first few sessions we will dive into your history from childhood as well as gain understanding of your current struggles.

    We do this to see how the past is influencing your present life.

  • Individual session, Face to Face and Virtual session:  €120 for 50 minutes

    Walk and Talk Therapy session: €130 for 60 minutes

  • You can cancel or reschedule your session within 48 hours notice without any costs. If you don’t cancel or reschedule in this 48 hours the session has to be payed. 

  • I work with adults and young adults (+18).
