My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I’m here to guide, support and encourage you. Through listening and questioning, I want you to become curious about what is making you think, feel and act the way you do. I want you to see more clearly how different life-events are associated with the way you feel and react.

The main quality of the psychodynamic approach which I practice is on improving problematic behaviours, emotions and thoughts by finding their unconscious sense and motive. Characteristic of this approach is to question where specific behaviour comes from, where is it going to and which unconscious purpose and target does it attempt to achieve.

The foundation of Adlerian therapy is a strong relationship between therapist and client. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.

We will dive into your early memories and experiences to uncover the root of your current behaviours. Understanding your unique lifestyle will help identify patterns and beliefs that influence your present life.

Together, we will identify what you are striving for and how your actions align with or hinder these goals. We will increase your self-awareness, so you can make conscious choices that align with your goals and values.

Around the local area in Ibiza.

Walk and Talk Holistic Therapy is a mindful way to strengthen your mind-body connection. It combines the healing power of nature with the transformative process of psychotherapy.

Studies show that being in nature can alleviate your depression, anxiety, stress while improving your overall mood. Combined with walking which activates your brain, and talking to a professional with an open, non-judgemental, empathic view it is a great alternative to an office therapy session.

Walk and Talk Holistic therapy can help you to improve your overall mood and strengthen your mind-body connection.

Together, we can explore the therapeutic potential of nature, strengthen your mind-body connection and take steps towards reaching your mental and emotional well-being.

  • Walk and Talk Therapy is an innovative approach to psychotherapy that takes the traditional therapy session out of the office and into the natural landscape of Ibiza. Together we will connect our mind and body with the tools of walking and talking in nature. 

    Through movement, we will activate and stimulate your brain and your body. This will have a positive influence on our talks because walking in nature creates distance to your daily environment and can help you to see things from another perspective.

    In between the walking, we will have moments of silent, mindfulness and meditation. This whole experience is a mindful way to get your mind-body connection inflow. That means, you learn to listen to yourself and trust yourself; you getting more aware and connected to yourself.

  • Walking amidst nature can help to reduce stress, improve mood and anxiety symptoms. It can help you to increase your self-esteem and foster a sense of well-being.

    Furthermore walking during therapy can help relate physical tension and stimulate mental processes which can show you new perspectives, creative ideas and solutions to difficult situations.

    The changing scenery and fresh air can lead to more presence, calmness, new insights and new perspectives.

    Some people find it easier to talk and express themselves while walking side by side as it can make the therapeutic process feel more relaxed and less intimidating. 

  • The first session (50 minutes) will be in my office in Sant Jose where we will get to know each other and talk about your problems, wishes, and goals. 

    After this initial session we will choose a safe and comfortable route to walk in the surroundings of Ibiza. Sessions typically last for 60 minutes, and we will walk at a pace that is comfortable for you. The goal in our session is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings.

  • Walk and Talk Therapy can be beneficial for individuals dealing with a range of issues, including stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. It is also an excellent option for those who feel more comfortable in an outdoor setting or who find the traditional therapy room setting challenging.

    However, Walk and Talk Therapy may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any physical limitations or conditions that make walking difficult, we can discuss alternative therapeutic approaches that may better suit your needs.
